The Adobe flash plugin has crashed

If you get this error message that "The Adobe flash plugin has crashed" and your Firefox browser crashes and shuts down, the problem is relatively new, and is being encountered by a lot of people using Firefox. At the initial phase we have figured out a piece of solution to give some relief.
Also this is what Adobe has to say about this issue "Our application, which has run fine for the last year on all browsers and flash combination, suddenly crash any time we try to load it. It was build using Flex 3 and hasn't generally had stability problems" Adding to this they have said "Flash 10.1 is the one which is facing this issue but is working fine with MAC and IE7"
Let's go ahead and try to resolve this issue.
We need to make a few changes in the configuration. This is how:
In the Firefox address bar, type about:config and press Enter.
You would probably get a certificate stating: This might void your warranty! You can ignore that message this time and click on the button: I'll be careful, I promise!
The following page would open up: Now, In the "Filter" box, type: dom.ipc.plugins.timeoutSecs Double click "dom.ipc.plugins.timeoutSecs", under the "Preference Name" and in the "Enter Integer Value" pop up window, set the value as: -1 and Click on "OK" This would disable hang protection of firefox browser.

FOR FIREFOX BROWSER:

Open the Firefox browser and in the address bar type: about:config Press Enter

You would probably get a certificate stating: This might void your warranty! You can ignore that message this time and click on the button: I'll be careful, I promise!

The following page would open up:

In the filter box, below the address bar, type: network.http.sendRefererHeader and press enter. The details of the preference name network.http.sendRefererHeader would open and the remaining entries vanish, which makes it easy to work through.

Double-click on that entry and change the default value which is given as 2, to 0 (zero).

Now u can view the images posted on Imageshack with your firefox browser.

FOR OPERA BROWSER: Its a single step. Open the Opera Browser, press F12 and disable "Send Referrer Information"

Warning: Unresponsive Script [Firefox]

If we guess right, most of us face this problem at some time or the other while surfing websites in firefox: Warning: Unresponsive Script. A script on this page may be busy or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete. [Refer the figure below for the exact error message]

Not to worry :) The solution to this isn't really difficult and we can fix this problem by following these few simple steps as mentioned below:In the Firefox address bar, type about:config and press Enter.

You would probably get a certificate stating: This might void your warranty! You can ignore that message this time and click on the button: I'll be careful, I promise!

The following page would open up:

In the filter box, below the address bar, type: dom.max_script_run_time and press enter. The details of the preference name dom.max_script_run_time would open and the remaining entries vanish, which makes it easy to work through.

Double-click on that entry and change the default value which is given as 10, to something higher. I changed mine to 1000. You can also comfortably change it to that or experiment with something that suits your requirements.

Click OK and restart Firefox never to see that warning message every now and then!

Optimize Your Firefox Browser For Broadband!

Firefox browser is basically optimized for dial-up connections . To get the browser's best performance over DSL, cable, or other broadband links we need to change some settings. To make those changes:

Open Firefox and in the address bar, type about:config and press Enter.

The following page would open up:

In the filter field, type: network.http In the field of 'Preference Name' double click network.http.pipelining to set it to 'true'. Next, double-click network.http.pipelining.maxrequests In the 'Enter integer value' dialog box, enter a higher number than the default 4. I entered 100 here.

Now, double click network.http.proxy.pipelining to set it to 'true'. Right click anywhere on the page and select New-> Integer For the "Preference Name" in the "New Integer Value" dialog box, enter the following text string: nglayout.initialpaint.delay and click on "OK"

Set its value to zero, and click on "OK" again. Now the Firefox is configured for broad band!

Reopen Closed Tabs In Firefox

While surfing, if by chance you close a tab and then realize you want it back but don't remember the URL, there is a unique feature provided to you by Firefox and many other browsers as well. You are provided with an option to reopen the closed tab(s). Here we explain you how.
For instance you have two different sites open in two tabs
1st tab: Dummy Essentials
2nd tab: Yahoo
Now if by chance, you close the second tab
You can reopen the closed tab by doing a right click on Dummy Essentials tab and selecting the option “Undo Close Tab”.
And your closed tab reopens!
Now the question arises, in case you have more than two tabs open and you close all the tabs and only leaving the first tab “Dummy Essentials” open.
Just remember that the last closed tab opens first.
For instance you have three tabs opened now.
1st Tab: Dummy Essentials
2nd Tab: Yahoo
3rd Tab: Google
And you close Google & Yahoo
Now as we mentioned earlier that the last closed tab opens first. So, repeat the same process to open the closed tab.
Once you re-open the Yahoo tab, right click on the Yahoo tab to re-open the Google tab.
And here you are..!! All your closed tabs have reopened.
